Duties of Staff
- Reception Guard.

Relief Plan
- Guards will not leave the place of duty until reliever arrives.

- Reliever must report 10 Minutes before the shift starts.
Monitoring / Supervision
- Telephone system to be maintained properly.
- Reporting system active according to procedure.
- 24/7 WhatsApp Group Reply & Coordination.
- Checker Supervisors should check the Guards properly.
